Ms. Reay is a Board-Certified, Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. She currently practices in the Linda Kauffman Center for Advanced heart failure at the Main Campus of the Cleveland Clinic in the ambulatory clinic. Ms. Reay has played an integral role in the development and management of the Cleveland Clinic CardioMEMS program.
Ms. Reay has served as Study Coordinator for (GUIDE-HF) Hemodynamic-GUIDEd Management of Heart Failure and was a Contributing Provider for VIV-HF: Virtual Visits in Heart Failure Care Transitions.
Ms. Reay has served as a consultant on an advisory panel for Cardiac Amyloidosis for other advanced practice providers. Ms. Reay is a Certified Heart Failure Nurse and has served on the Heart Failure Society of America’s Nursing Committee and is a member of the American Association of Heart Failure Nurses.
Ms. Reay served a subject matter expert for the HFSA’s Exam Development committee in helping create the first Heart Failure Provider Exam. She was invited by HFSA to participate in the development of guidelines for Virtual Visits for the Heart Failure patient during COVID-19 and was a Co-Author of the published guidelines in the Journal of Cardiac Failure. In 2020, Ms. Reay was honored with designation as a Fellow in the Heart Failure Society of America.
In 2022, she represented HFSA and presented on Ambulatory Heart Failure at the Canadian Heart Failure Society’s Annual Congress.
