Interatrial Shunts in Heart Failure: Pressure Is a Privilege
The field of interatrial shunts has seen tremendous progress over the last few years, with two reported and three ongoing pivotal trials. Earlier this year at the THT conference, five late-breaking clinical trial presentations focused on shunts across HFpEF and HFrEF, highlighting the growing momentum in evidence generation. This session will summarize the current evidence and provide the latest insights on key questions in this field—aiming to deliver a “state of the art” update to the broader heart failure community, while also addressing procedural aspects and clinical considerations.
