Debates in Management of Worsening Heart Failure: Which Path Do You Take?

This session will include debates on key management decisions relevant to worsening heart failure. We will debate the relative importance of achieving euvolemia versus optimal GDMT prior to hospital discharge. Also, for patients failing or ineligible for quadruple medical therapy, we will debate whether the addition of other HF medications versus implantable devices makes best sense as the next move.
