Mayhem in Cardiac Amyloidosis

Tremendous progress in translational research for transthyretin amyloidosis has led to numerous approved therapies targeting the underlying pathogenesis. To date, few studies have made direct comparisons among these therapies, leaving little guidance on the best approach among these new and emerging options. This session will discuss criteria to guide clinicians in the selection of management strategies for ATTR-CM, focusing on TTR stabilizers, TTR knockdown therapies, and antibodies that seek to disrupt the deposition of TTR amyloid fibrils.
