Novel Implementation Strategies and How-to

GDMT offers significant benefit for patients with heart failure but there remains a significant gap in the implementation of GDMT. The issue is not whether to use these therapies, but how to best implement them. This session will explore novel, innovative strategies to decrease the gap, improving the lives of patients living with heart failure. Special attention will be given on ways to increase GDMT implementation in ways that are equitable.
