Highnoon Labs’ Commits to Advancing Heart Failure Care Through HFSA’s OMT-HF Certificate Program

HFSA News Provider Education

HFSA is pleased to announce that Highnoon Labs, a leading pharmaceutical company in Pakistan, has made a strategic investment in the Heart Failure Society of America’s (HFSA) Optimal Medical Therapy in Heart Failure Certificate Program (OMT-HF). Recognizing the need for continuous medical education in heart failure management, this initiative reflects Highnoon’s commitment to bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world clinical practice.

By supporting this program, Highnoon Labs is not only advancing the education of its cardiologists but also reinforcing its broader mission of improving patient outcomes. While the primary beneficiaries have been emerging cardiologists within the organization, the impact extends beyond them—enhancing the overall quality of heart failure management for countless patients.

The OMT-HF Certificate Program is an assessment-based, three-module course designed to strengthen the role of non-heart failure specialists in optimizing medical therapy for heart failure patients. It equips healthcare professionals with critical skills to assess patient conditions and apply practical aspects of optimal medical management—including initiation, titration, and long-term optimization of heart failure medications.

The success of the program is best reflected in the experiences of the Highnoon participants:

Dr. Pir Sheraz Ali
"I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for the HFSA Optimal Medical Therapy (OMT) short course. The content was well-structured, insightful, and highly relevant to clinical practice. I truly appreciate your support in providing me this valuable learning opportunity."

Dr. Syed Haseeb Raza Naqvi
"HFSA’s OMT course is an excellent resource for cardiologists looking to update their knowledge on optimal medical therapy for heart failure. Highly recommended."

HFSA is pleased that Highnoon Labs joins numerous organizations committed to investing in education and continuous learning through the OMT-HF program.
