How to Access the Online Meeting Platform
An email was sent from Digitell to ALL registered attendees providing them a login to the platform. If you have not received that email, please check spam first and be sure to whitelist HFSA Support (support@digitellinc.com). If you have any difficulty, contact info@hfsa.org.
IMPORTANT Pre-Test Information for All Attendees!
All attendees must take session pre-tests prior to the start of each session. Pre-tests are located in the Session Pre-Test section of the online meeting platform. Dates
The livestreamed course will take place Friday, August 12-Sunday, August 13, 2022. A basic overview of daily times and topics is available below. The full agenda is available online. To attend a session on a livestream day, click on the “Livestream Sessions” tab in the online platform. Attendees will be able to access the ondemand recordings of the livestream sessions within 24-48 hours of the session date in the "OnDemand” tab of the meeting platform.
Technology
Attendees are encouraged to conduct a system compatibility check once logged into the online platform by visiting the "System Checker" tab. To have the best experience in the virtual meeting, attendees will need the following:
- Windows 7, 8, 8.1, or 10 with the compatible web browser: Google Chrome or Firefox.
- Mac OS 10.3 or higher with the compatible web browser: Google Chrome, Firefox, or Safari.
Tech Support During Livestreaming
Tech support will be available in the Digitell Live Events Platform Player. Click on the "Request Support" button located at the bottom left of the player or select "Open Support Ticket" from the support menu.

Pre-Meeting Webinar Series
The Heart Failure Fundamentals webinar series is available now for all registered attendees in the "OnDemand” tab of the meeting platform.
Continuing Education Credit
In order to receive a credit certificate, ALL session post-tests, session evaluations, and the HFSA Virtual AHFTC Board Certification Review 2022 course evaluation must be completed. The posts-tests and evaluations are available in the HFSA Learning Center. Session post-tests and session evaluations will be available after the conclusion of each session. The course evaluations can be accessed once every session post-test and session evaluation is completed.

Physicians claiming MOC credit must take the evaluation and post-test by December 2, 2022. Physician will also be required to submit their unique six-digit ABIM ID number. If you do not know your ABIM ID, you can look it up on ABIM’s website.
