The HFSA Distinguished Service Award recognizes one or more members whose outstanding service and dedication have significantly contributed to the mission of the Society. This award honors individuals who have generously contributed their time, expertise, and leadership to strengthen the HFSA, thereby leaving a lasting impact on the organization and its community.

Eligibility
- Open to all disciplines
- Must hold an active HFSA membership
Evaluation of nominees and selection of the recipient will be chosen by a majority vote of the Awards Committee and submitted to the HFSA Board of Directors for approval.
Nominations
Each nomination should consist of:
- A Letter of recommendation from a nominator highlighting the individual’s contributions and impact to HFSA.
- Nominee CV or resume
