Speaker Presentations: PAST DUE!
IMPORTANT UPDATE - Faculty Biographies: If you have not submitted a faculty biography or photos as of 9/23, you will be asked to submit your biography and headshot directly in the virtual meeting platform when logging in. Access to the virtual meeting platform will begin Wednesday, September 28.

Please make sure you have completed all the following:
- Submit Disclosure Information (username will be the same email address your faculty invitation was delivered to)
- Register for the meeting. Use the promotional code found in your speaker confirmation letter. If you are unable to locate the promo code, please contact speaker@hfsa.org
- Arrange Travel and Lodging
- Submit Presentation Slides, biography, and faculty photo in the 2022 Presentation Management Portal by September 15, 2022
Reminders:
- Faculty is required for in-person participation.
- As faculty, your meeting registration is complimentary. Expenses, including airfare and hotel, are the responsibility of the faculty.
- We encourage you to stay at the Gaylord National Harbor where all sessions will be held. HFSA has a limited amount of room, so be sure to book soon!

Reminders:
- Please use your HFSA login credentials. The user will be the same email address to which you receive your faculty invitation.
- The presentation management system will automatically display disclosures before your presentation begins. Moderators are not required to provide slides but will also have a disclosure slide played at the beginning of the session by the presentation management system.

How to Submit Faculty Photo (High resolution, 600x600 pixels, PNG or JPEG)
- Log into the 2022 Presentation Management Portal
- Click on your name in the upper right hand corner and select "My Profile" from the drop down menu
- Click the "Camera" icon and upload image from your computer
How to Submit PowerPoint Slides
- Log into the 2022 Presentation Management Portal

Locate the desired session you wish to upload to. Important: When naming your file, please keep the length under 30 characters and do not include special symbols $ & + , / : ; = ? @ " < > # % { } | \ ^ ~ [ ] `as this will prevent your presentation from uploading through the submission website.

Click the “Upload” green button.

Browse out to your upload file/files target location, select the file(s) to upload, and click on “Open”.

If your upload is successful, you will receive a pop up message indicating that the upload was successful and your files will appear listed under the appropriate session/presentation.
Trouble Logging into the 2022 Presentation Management Portal?
If you do not know your login name, click the "Forget Your Password?" link on the login page. When you enter your email address, both your login name and temporary password will be emailed to you.
After submitting a file, you will receive a confirmation email within an hour. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact support@sessionupload.com to ensure your file was received.

HFSA has developed a toolkit for faculty and abstract presenters. This toolkit includes:
- Shareable social media posts
- Downloadable graphics
- Templated language for emails and press releases, which may also be used in newsletters or blogs
We recommend downloading graphics and templated posts, editing the posts to fit your writing style, and sharing via your channels to promote your participation at the meeting!
