The HFSA Heart Failure Seminar: Focus on HFSA Scientific Statement on Cardio-Oncology and Heart Failure, will be held as a virtual seminar on April 8, 2025.
This seminar is free for both HFSA Members and non-members to attend live. However, only HFSA Members will have access to the OnDemand recording and the ability to claim CME credits at no additional cost in the HFSA Learning Center. Non-members who wish to claim CME credits or access the OnDemand recording will need to purchase the product in the HFSA Learning Center.

Cancellation Policy
All registration cancellation and refund requests must be made to info@hfsa.org in writing two weeks prior to the event. No refunds will be granted for requests postmarked after two weeks.
