Prateeti Khazanie (University of Colorado) and Mark Drazner (UT-Southwestern) are requesting that advanced heart failure cardiologists and surgeons in the U.S. participate in this quick survey. The purpose of the survey is to better understand the time burden and other impacts of transplant donor calls on heart transplant physicians and surgeons.

It should take approximately 5-10 minutes unless you wish to include additional information in the free response sections. We would appreciate if you could distribute the survey link amongst your program’s advanced heart failure cardiologists and surgeons. The more information we gather, the better we will be able to help our advanced heart failure/ transplant community.
