HFSA is pleased to offer group discounts to attend the Annual Scientific Meeting!
What is group registration?
Group registration allows multiple individuals to be registered in a single transaction.
What is the group discount?
Groups are eligible for a 10% discount on the rate at the time of registration.
How is a group defined?
A group is defined as 10 or more individual registrations.
How to claim the group discount?
Groups will register through the group registration portal. A group coordinator will create and oversee their group in the portal.
Group coordinators will be required to follow the process below to register their groups:
- Create a group account through the group registration portal
. - Add individuals to their block using their first name, last name and email address.
As they assign each attendee to the group block, a unique link will be created and sent to each individual in order for them to confirm their registration.
- Each attendee, using their unique link, will be required to confirm their registration.
- Once the individual has confirmed their registration, the group coordinator will be able to submit payment.
Press credentials to cover the HFSA Annual Scientific Meeting will be granted to representatives of qualifying news media outlets. Contact lpoko@hfsa.org for details and to register.
Letters of invitation for visa purposes will be provided by the HFSA office upon request. The letter of invitation is meant to assist international heart failure providers in obtaining a visa. The letter is not a commitment on the part of HFSA to provide any financial support. Please email your request to info@hfsa.org.

Cancelation and Change Policy
All registration cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing at least six weeks before the annual meeting (Friday, August 15, 2025). A refund of all fees, minus $100 administration fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. Substitutions are accepted. A transfer of your full registration to another individual is permitted prior to the conference by submitting a written request to hfsa@maritz.com at least six weeks before the annual meeting (Friday, August 15, 2025). All transfers must be submitted by the original registrant and accompanied with proof of the original confirmation letter. The original registrant is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due based on member/non-member pricing, etc.) associated with that substitution. Funds from the program may not be transferred to another program.
No refunds or substitutions will be granted for requests postmarked after August 15, 2025.
