Whether it’s through a poster in our ePoster Hub, a presentation during our Oral Abstracts sessions, novel findings on major trials for Late Breaking sessions, unique cases for the Case Competition, findings fit for investigator awards, or are recruiting patients for a randomized trial, we have a spot for you at ASM!
And through our annual call for Session Proposals, you have a chance to craft a presentation on an intriguing topic and team up with a team of multidisciplinary leaders to educate and inspire attendees.

OPEN: ABSTRACT SUBMISSIONS
ePoster and Oral Abstracts Sessions are an essential part of the HFSA Annual Scientific Meeting and submissions are encouraged from all professional disciplines. Investigator Awards and Case Competition submissions are also part of this window. Those not selected as finalists for the Award or Case Competition session will still be considered for general abstract ePoster and Oral presentation. Submissions Deadline*: March 23, 2026
OPEN: Case Competition Session
Calling for Cases! The Case Competition Presentation Session will feature oral presentations of unique and challenging cases. Case Competition is part of the Abstracts submissions window. Submissions Deadline*: March 23, 2026
COMING: Late Breaking Clinical Research
Late Breaking Clinical Research provides exposure and recognition for major randomized trials and registries that will likely have a significant impact on clinical practice or result in significant advances in the field. Submissions Deadline*: July 21, 2026
COMING: Clinical Trial Central
Clinical Trial Central is right for you if you are conducting a randomized trial, registry or first-in-man experiences with novel devices or drugs and are seeking participants to enroll patients in your trial or you want to share your trial data with colleagues and peers. CLOSED: SESSION PROPOSALS
Scientific Sessions make up the core of the meeting's program, delivering the most innovative, ground-breaking science from across the heart failure field. Submissions Deadline*: January 12, 2026
