Clinical Trial Central presenters receive two complimentary registrations to ASM.*
*Complimentary registrations for Clinical Trial Central presenters cannot claim CE. In order to claim CE, please go through the regular ASM Registration process.

General Instructions and Guidelines
Clinical Trial Central ePosters will be displayed for on-site viewing from Friday, September 27 – Sunday, September 30, 2024, at the dedicated ePoster Hub located in the Exhibit Hall.
POSTER VIEWING SESSIONS:
Clinical Trial Central ePosters will be assigned a date, time, and station at the ePoster Hub to present their poster during one of the Poster Viewing Sessions in the Exhibit Hall. Clinical Trial Central Representatives should arrive at their station 5 minutes prior to the start of their presentation time. If for some reason none of the representatives are available to present in-person, the ePoster will still be displayed on-site during their assigned date and time.
Poster Viewing Sessions scheduling will be sent post-acceptance in July.
The Clinical Trial Representatives identified in your application include two (2) on-site representatives in the cost.
Please Note:
- Clinical Trial Central Representatives will ONLY have access to the HFSA Exhibit Hall during hall hours. Access to the HFSA Educational Sessions are not included in the Clinical Trial Central registration.
